These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Liliya.io and its services including chatbot functionality, multi-agent inbox, AI chat assistance, bulk SMS messaging, template creation, and contact management with labeling features ("Services").
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Services.
"User" refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses Liliya.io.
"Content" means any information, data, text, messages, or other materials uploaded, created, or shared through our Services.
"WhatsApp" refers to the messaging platform owned by Meta Platforms, Inc.

4.2. Chatbot & AI Chat Features: Our chatbot and AI features are intended to assist communication with your contacts. You are responsible for the content and accuracy of automated responses.
4.3. Multi-Agent Inbox: This feature allows multiple team members to manage conversations. You are responsible for managing access permissions for your team members.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Liliya.io and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
